At Graedance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number along with your email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Graedance gift box and protective pouch to ensure they are shielded from damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
